Delicious Library for the iPhone?

And then it came to me, Delicious Library supports the iSight camera, so you can scan the barcodes on DVDs, books, games and add them to your library. Well what if there was a Delicious Library widget for the iPhone? Could you do the same thing with the built-in camera?

You can’t be bothered to go over to IMDB, because all you want is a neat summary of the specifics.

So you take the DVD from the shelf, take your iPhone from your pocket, open the Delicious Library widget, take a snapshot of the barcode, then wait.

But are you sure that you could take clear enough picture of barcode with iPhones crappy camera? I have iPhone and your idea is great … but not sure its possible with current iPhone …

Yeah I’d like that, or even just the ability to search my library on the go, to make sure I didn’t just buy a DVD I already own…
