This could have implications from the simple stuff like day-to-day chores, or assessing the total cost of sale for a new lead, right up to being able to check that a key client doesn't like chocolate — which would ruin a birthday treat! All of which being performed while mobile.

CRM on mobile is the new talk. Even I am interest in this. I am accessing Salesforce CRM through my mobile, for this I don't need net or GPRS, everything is via SMS and email. 

I was surfing for something I just bumped into MoDazzle. Even the registration is free. Right now, it is going on great. See now I can access Salesforce through mobile when I am away from my system.
