It means "Walking Bogotá" and if you hit &lt;a href="http://www.caminandobogota.net/flaneur/" rel="nofollow"&gt;entrar&lt;/a&gt;, the first menu, you get to experience a bit of our city. One of the experiences is to draw virtual grafitis which you can share and that remain posted on the page.
