Hi Billy! Hey, BTW: I’m glad you liked the Personal Branding like a porn star headline. It’s an eye-catcher, isn’t it?!

I think you nailed it right there — small businesses would just look at the whole Social Media space with disdain and distrust.

So before they will even look at Social Media and Social Networking, they’d first need to be ’sold’ the idea.

As for Pownce, IMHO, there’s more to it than Twitter. And it’s a good place to sound off and get some responses and feedback.

Well i can see for a lot of Small Biz they look at Social Media as Goofin' Off on da Job*

+ yer right i'm sure Google is angling towards Video + Music - cuz the Advertisers Target Audiences are found on MySpace + YouTube* Both venues that Google has sewn up the Ads* Go figger!!

I've heard a lot o Buzz about Pownce but i assumed it was just another Twitter??

I thought I'd add in a related question I've just posted on Pownce:

“Given the perceived weight being given to Social Media and Social Networks, what would the value be in submitting a Pownce thread to Digg, StumbleUpon, del.icio.us et cetera?

Would the question weigh more than the dialogue? Or are both of equal value?

And, would anyone else be interested?”
