Wayne’s weekly wrap-up: make my ‘blog big!

It’s been a weird past couple of months. What I gained in terms of securing the future of my business for the foreseeable future, I lost in terms of me actually getting time to ‘blog and do the whole social web thing, going out there and commenting.

As of yesterday, I took ownership of a brand new Apple MacBook Pro, and what a machine it is too! So now I can work from home and keep on top of not just my work but my ‘blogging exploits as well.

Blogging for dear life!

My ‘blog isn’t quite where I’d projected it would be at this stage of the year, which is a shame, but I’m not too far off the mark.

Ideally, I’d like to have double the traffic I currently have, which is sort of what I would have had if I’d stayed on top of things.

However, I had a somewhat stark choice at the beginning of December last year: either be in business a month from now or be a successful ‘blogger.

I couldn’t do both, so the social ‘blog thing took a back seat to some extent.

Well that was then and this is now, and I have a request to make of you, should you be kind enough to help me.

Blogging like a man possessed!

I read recently about how Guy Kawasaki just come out and asked for people to link to his blog.

So that got me thinking, and that’s what I’m going to ask you guys: would you be kind enough to link to my ‘blog?

You can just link to the main page, or more ideally, link to an article that’s caught your eye. But if you could link to me, that would be excellent.

You can also subscribe to my news feed as well as adding me to your Technorati and Del.icio.us favorites, too!

The more links, the more authority my ‘blog accrues, and by extension (although some might argue, indirectly) more traffic to this here ‘blog.
